Return Process:
At GEEKOM, customers satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping.

Dead On Arrival (DOA)
If you receive DOA product(s), please contact our customer service within 7 days.
- Both the packaging and the product are damaged:
Send the pictures of the items/packages received to our customer service, paying attention to the details of the problem that need to be attached.
- Wrong or incorrect product:
Send wrong product pictures, especially where there are labels, and provide customer service with your order information.
Tips: Please check the contents of the package carefully before signing for it.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
GEEKOM is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the delivery date. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened, with all tags intact, and in resalable condition.
Note: For returns not due to quality issues, a 5% restocking fee will be applied to cover the costs of handling and restocking the item.
Shipping Costs
- Personal Reasons: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
- Malfunction:
- Orders placed within six months: GEEKOM will cover the shipping costs.
- Orders placed beyond six months: The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Order Changes & Cancellations
At GEEKOM, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being successfully placed. To ensure timely delivery and the best possible service, we recommend double-checking your order details before finalizing your purchase.
- Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., address updates, item modifications), please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
- Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations. For any changes or cancellations, prompt communication with our customer service team is essential. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
3-year Warranty
GEEKOM offers 3-year warranty period that starts from the day you received the product.
Warranty Exemptions
- This warranty does NOT cover damage of the device resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, other acts which are not the fault of GEEKOM. If you have any quality problems, please feel free to contact the after-sales customer service to solve it for you.
- After-sale service will not be provided for products not purchased on www.geekom.co.uk.
Return Process
- Please contact our customer service team for the return address. (GEEKOM expects packages to be returned in as original condition as possible.)
- After you return the item, please provide the tracking number to our customer service to process the return or exchange.
- We usually process your return package within 3 to 5 business days after it arrives.
Special Notes
GEEKOM typically resends the item to the buyer via standard shipping (with a tracking number).
If you want another faster shipping method, please contact our customer service to provide you with a better solution.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return or exchange, please allow 7 to 12 business days for processing.
The refund period (after the above processing time) is as below:
Paypal account: about 48 hours
Credit card: between 7 to 14 business days
Not Covered Under Refund:
1) Products that have been misplaced or stolen.
2) Products that have passed their warranty period.
3) Products that with no quality problems (30 days after purchase).
4) Products received for free.
5) Products repaired by third parties.
6) Products damaged by improper operation (including, but not limited to, drops, extreme temperatures, water, and improper usage).
7) Computers used for over six months are not eligible for returns or refunds. Replacement is only available for computers of the same model.

Important Note: Before returning the product, please contact customer service and obtain the necessary authorization; otherwise, GEEKOM will not be able to process it and your package will be rejected.
